New Registration (As amended by Finance Act, 2020)

Important Note: In cases of additional registration, application shall be submitted, at least one month prior to the foundation of the previous year relevant to the assessment year for which registration is sought, meaning thereby other NGO will not be entitled to have the lead of registration of section 12AB in the first year of operation.
