FSSAI State License

This license is applicable to mid-sized companies which have annual turnover between Rs.12-20 crores.

FSSAI Central License

This license is applicable typically on large event with annual turnover above Rs.20 crores. It is as well as required in cases where you need to supply at the processing offices or import / export food products.

Documents Required for FSSAI License:

  1. Pan card of situation entity.
  2. Pan card of authorized person.
  3. Adhaar Card of authorized person
  4. Business registration, if any.
  5. Electricity bill / Rent Agreement of premises.
  6. Declaration by the authorized persons.
  7. Lay outs of the food running units
  8. List of machines
