Process to get 12A Registration:

  1. Application has to be made alongwith everything documents
  2. Challan has to be paid
  3. After appreciation of documents, on premise inspection is made
  4. After inspection, interview of members of NGO is conducted
  5. On sucessful interview, 12A registration certificate is issued`

New Registration (As altered by Finance Act, 2020)

An application for extra registration under segment 12A will be unqualified to Principal Commissioner or Commissioner, according to arrangements of Place 12AB. Application for reestablishment of such new enrollment should be submitted
