Process to get 12A Registration:

  1. Application has to be made alongwith anything documents
  2. Challan has to be paid
  3. After response of documents, on premise inspection is made
  4. After inspection, interview of members of NGO is conducted
  5. On sucessful interview, 12A registration certify is issued`

New Registration (As altered by Finance Act, 2020)

An application for other registration under segment 12A will be unconditional to Principal Commissioner or Commissioner, according to arrangements of Place 12AB.
