Process to get 12A Registration:

  1. Application has to be made alongwith all documents
  2. Challan has to be paid
  3. After appreciation of documents, on premise inspection is made
  4. After inspection, interview of members of NGO is conducted
  5. On sucessful interview, 12A registration recognize is issued`

New Registration (As altered by Finance Act, 2020)

An application for other registration below segment 12A will be unchangeable to Principal Commissioner or Commissioner, according to arrangements of Place 12AB.
